All delegates, speakers, chairmen and journalists will register at the desk of the conference rooms and receive the conference package here. You can promote your company by handing out a gift, showing a video, or placing some of your interesting products.

Make the conference lunch an event for delegates, speakers….and your organisation. Your company video can be shown during the lunch and it is also possible to hand out attendee gifts or flyers.

Child in the City 2012 will have two coffee breaks per day, in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Delegates and speakers will use these moments for networking opportunities and repeatedly come in contact with your company.
